Returns and Refunds policy
We do everything possible to make our returns and refunds a pleasant process for our customers.
We always seek to impress and delight our customers as part of our refund and returns process, as we understand even if it didn’t work out this time, handling the process well could get our customer’s back.
2. ReturnsOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not offer refunds unless the reason for a refund is a manufacturing defect, or the product was damaged on delivery.
To complete your return, we require a copy of the receipt provided to you when the item(s) were purchased.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds (if applicable)Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed.
You will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. This can be used to purchase any item in our store.
We can refund an entire order or part of an order. Please note the refund will be minus our shipping charges and administrative charges for repacking and restocking the item.
5. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)If you haven’t received a refund yet, please be patient. Depending on where you live, the time taken for your returned item to reach us may vary. It may also take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not received your refund after 45 days since returning your item, please contact us at Info@largeswaglife.com.
6. Sale items (if applicable)Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
